Refund Policy
Paid Membership Fees and digital products can only be refunded within 14 days of purchase — provided that no part of the content unlocked by the purchase has been opened, accessed, or viewed.
By purchasing our digital products or subscriptions, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw from this purchase once access to the content begins.
If any digital content has been accessed, streamed, or viewed (in full or in part), it is considered “used” and therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
You can request a refund by contacting us through the linked contact form (link), stating your request for a refund along with your full name, order date, and the email address or order number associated with your purchase.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If, for technical or other reasons, it is infeasible or disproportionate for us to use the same payment method, we reserve the right to select an alternative that does not place you at a substantial or unreasonable disadvantage.
You acknowledge that all purchases and refunds are processed in euros (€). You accept full responsibility for any losses due to currency conversion rates, foreign exchange fees, or transaction-related charges, regardless of the selected payment method.
Once your cancellation request is processed, access to the site will be revoked immediately.
We reserve the right to modify any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, purchase terms, and product or service offerings, without prior notice.
