Refund Policy

Paid Membership Fees and digital products can only be refunded within 14 days of purchase — provided that no part of the content unlocked by the purchase has been opened, accessed, or viewed.

By purchasing our digital products or subscriptions, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw from this purchase once access to the content begins.

If any digital content has been accessed, streamed, or viewed (in full or in part), it is considered “used” and therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

You can request a refund by contacting us through the linked contact form (link), stating your request for a refund along with your full name, order date, and the email address or order number associated with your purchase.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method and currency used for the original transaction whenever technically feasible. If, for operational reasons, it is not possible to refund using the same payment method or currency, we reserve the right to choose a reasonably equivalent alternative that does not place you at a substantial disadvantage.

All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout (for example, EUR, USD, or GBP). You acknowledge and accept that any differences in the refunded amount caused by exchange rate fluctuations, currency conversions, transaction fees, or payment processor charges are outside our control and will not be compensated.

Payments made in cryptocurrency are converted into fiat currency (EUR or USD) at the time of receipt for accounting and valuation purposes.
Refunds for such transactions, if applicable, will always be issued in cryptocurrency to the original wallet address or another verified wallet provided by the customer.

The refunded cryptocurrency amount will be calculated at our discretion, based on the fiat (EUR or USD) value of the original payment at the time of purchase, taking into account the current market exchange rate at the time the refund is processed.
As a result, the amount of cryptocurrency refunded may be lower or higher than the amount originally paid, depending on market fluctuations or the chosen conversion reference.

We are not responsible for any differences in cryptocurrency value, exchange rates, network fees, or other blockchain-related costs occurring before, during, or after the transaction or refund process. Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will not be provided in fiat currency under any circumstances, in order to ensure compliance with applicable laws and AML regulations.

Once your cancellation request is processed, access to the site will be revoked immediately.

We reserve the right to modify any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, purchase terms, and product or service offerings, without prior notice.
